You can also change your mind! If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase through beast.run, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we'll gladly provide a refund, replacement or an exchange. We only require that it is in original condition, unwashed and with hangtags still attached.

We do not cover normal wear and tear, and we cannot exchange or refund socks, flasks, or headwear for hygiene reasons. If you have any issues, please email us at info@beast.run and include a photo of the issue.

Please note however, clearance sale items are not returnable. Sold as seen.

Size Exchanges

We want to make sure you get the right fit, so if you need another size, just email us at info@beast.run within 7 days of purchase. We'll then ask you to mail original item back to us. Once received, we'll ship out your replacement within 1-3 working days. Returned items must be new, unwashed and with hangtags still attached.

 EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at [your email] with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the following model withdrawal form (though it is not obligatory):

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: , Address: . Date: _."

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.
